Perfect for kids!

We had a great and seamless stay at Bray Hill. It has unbelievable views of the White Mountains and is within easy driving distance (20-40 min) of some amazing hikes. The house had a great kitchen with all of the cooking supplies you would need. Perfect for kids with plenty of games and books, great yard, high chair, booster seat, and pack and play.

Amazing Retreat

This rental property is beautiful- even better in person. The home is clean and well equipped with everything you would need especially the fabulous kitchen. Beds are comfortable and everything is super clean! It’s a lovely home to be able to share with the kids and a well behaved dog. When we were there it snowed and the views which were already breathtaking were even more so! We didn’t do too much hiking around the property but the kids did sled a bit on the snow. We enjoyed many family games around the grand fireplace and meals together around the large dining room table. Israel was a great contact and was so helpful with information and making sure everything was in order. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this beautiful home and property and it has much to offer every season of the year. We hope to be back and encourage everyone to consider this spectacular home when looking for lodging in this area. It’s more than a home- it’s an experience!!!

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at the Bray Hill House. The property is gorgeous and has all the amenities you need to be comfortable and to thoroughly enjoy your stay. The kitchen is awesome and we made some delicious meals together. The views from the house are breathtaking. We loved sitting by the fire and watching the sun set each night. The amber glow across the mountains was fantastic. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. We also enjoyed the sauna after days of skiing. Snow shoeing was a blast right on the property. There is a marked trail we enjoyed a few times with our Bernese Mountain dog, Oakley. We absolutely want to come back and stay again. We made some wonderful memories during our stay. Thanks for being a fabulous host, Israel!

Simply Magnificent!

Our journey to the Bray Hill House almost did not happen. Three hours into the trip our Yukon Denali stalled as we exited the highway for a quick snack . Fortunately we picked up a rental and continued on. We contacted Israel to let him know we were not going to make our ETA of 3:00 PM and more likely it would be after dark. He had the heat set at a comfy 65 degrees and made sure all of the exterior lights were turned on upon our arrival. Little did did we know that getting there after dark would lead to such an amazing experience the following morning. As we opened the door to our bedrooms to start our day my wife, son and I were greeted by one of the most breathtaking panoramic views that any of us have ever witnessed. I stood in place for almost five minutes taking it all in. The moment might not have been as powerful if we made it on time during the daylight hours. That being said the home is an architectural masterpiece, the open concept design succeeds on so many levels while the space remains warm and inviting. The house is loaded with every amenity imaginable. There are plenty of games, books and other entertainment on hand and if people are up for some outside activity I suggest venturing outside the homes cozy confines. We took advantage of the private hiking trails on the property which were clearly marked adding a sense of security to our hike. It was awesome to have a little adventure just beyond the front door. The Bray Hill House was more than advertised. We would definitely consider another visit. The Pellegrini Family.

Peaceful Retreat

Everything was beyond our expectations from the exquisite details to the stunning views. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was a dream and the sauna was an added bonus. The Bray Hill House has every amenity one could think of. We were able to do some hiking along the property and enjoy the tranquility when we arrived back after long days of skiing. The children enjoyed the house to its fullest by playing some of the supplied games, sleds, puzzles and PS3. Cleanliness and organization was top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to staying again in the near future.

Immaculate Oasis

The Bray Hill House is an immaculate oasis with breathtaking views of the northern presidentials. Between the amazing fireplace, awesome sauna, cutting-edge technologies and a FABULOUS kitchen....if this house doesn't have it, you don't need it! The host, Israel, has thought of everything. Additionally, he was super accommodating and very responsive. Our stay was great and we hope to go back!

“Israel really thought of everything!”

Israel’s home exceeded my expectations! The moment we walked through the door, we felt right at home. The complementary bottle of wine, extensive DVD collection, kids’ books and toys, and chef’s kitchen were just a few of the amenities we enjoyed during our Thanksgiving stay. Instructions and a helpful handbook made navigating the house and its appliances very easy. Every time we turned around, we said, “Israel really thought of everything!” We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the mountains from the gorgeous windows, next to the cozy fireplace. Absolutely the best home I have ever rented. We will be back next year!!!

Spectacular views and a wonderful getaway!

This home was better than the pictures. It was clean, well stocked with anything and everything anyone could possibly need, and Israel was very kind and helpful. We've rented many homes and I'm picky and rarely leave a review...this was a gem.

Wonderful escape from the City!

Great secluded house that is well located to visit all the wonders and activities at the North Side of the White Mountains. Large house with all the amenities you would need plus unobstructed views of Mount Washington and the Presidential Range was a welcome retreat for a week away from the city. Close to public lakes, mountains and Adventureland.

Breathtaking views and Comfortable stay!

We have rented many properties over the years and this is one of our favorites. It has all the essentials you need for a perfect vacation stay. Just bring your meals and clothing. We felt at home once we walked through the door. Bedrooms were extremely comfortable and all of us slept great. Our absolute favorite was the backyard facing the mountains. The view was amazing and watching every sunrise was a beautiful perk. The home was very clean, functional, and the surroundings were serene. We even enjoyed a nice hike on the trail. We had a tremendous stay and we look forward to our next visit.
